School districts will complete Ford NGL Roadmap Phases 1, 2 and 3 Outcomes and Deliverables including but not limited to;
Phase 1
- Virtually convene and onboard diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders to the Ford NGL transformation model
- District Team visit to Akron in Action
- On-site Explore District/ Community Visit
- Key Findings and Recommendations report
Phase 2
- Deepen onboarding with various internal and external stakeholders, uncovering everyone’s why
- Establish key governance structures and roles for the transformation
- Phase 2 Readiness Assessment
- Phase 2 – K12 Portrait/Profile of a Graduate (ES/MS/HS) aligned to the Indiana GPS (end of Phase 2)
Phase 3
- Community-Connected Master Plan
- Increase the number of high quality innovative career exploration and engagement opportunities in the elementary and middle school.
- Increase number of students engaging in high quality Work Based Learning opportunities during high school.
Increase the number of students earning a high-value post secondary credential by increasing access and enrollment in Next Level Programs of Study, Indiana College Core, and/or Grad Pathway high value credentials.
